Canada Day 2026 Raffle Terms and Conditions\

1) Ticket purchasers must be physically located within the Province of Alberta at the time of purchase and must be 18 years of age or older. Tickets cannot be mailed to addresses outside of Alberta.

2) A total of 2,000 tickets are available for purchase. Tickets may be purchased at a price of $10 for one ticket or $25 for a set of three tickets.

3) Ticket sales will close on July 1, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. The draw will take place in front of Safeway in Airdrie, Alberta, on July 1, 2026.

4) There will be two separate prize draws. The first ticket drawn will be awarded Prize One, and the second ticket drawn will be awarded Prize Two.

• Prize One: One WestJet Gift of Flight voucher, subject to WestJet terms and conditions. Approximate retail value: $4,240.
• Prize Two: One $800 gift certificate to Everwild Canmore Nordic Spa + Hotel. Approximate retail value: $800.

5) Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions will be permitted. The winning raffle number printed on the purchaser’s ticket shall serve as validation for claiming the applicable prize or the provision of Government I.D. matching the information contained on the ticket.

6) All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Once purchased and entered into the draw, raffle tickets cannot be refunded, including in circumstances where the purchaser made an error in selecting the number of tickets they intended to purchase.

7) Purchasers who buy raffle tickets through a web-based payment method may choose to have their physical ticket stub mailed to them at the purchaser’s expense. A valid mailing address must be provided at the time of checkout. For all online purchases, a copy of the physical ticket stub, including the assigned ticket number or numbers, will be emailed to the purchaser following purchase.

Online purchasers may also choose to pick up their physical ticket stubs free of charge from any Airdrie Kin Club member by emailing info@airdriekinclub.com, or from the raffle desk at the Airdrie Kin Club Canada Day Pancake Breakfast, located in front of Safeway at 505 Main Street, Airdrie, Alberta, T4B 2B8, between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on July 1, 2026.

8) Any tickets that are not picked up or mailed will remain valid and will be entered into the draw using the purchaser information provided at checkout.

9) Winners will be determined by a random physical draw of ticket stubs.

10) Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Winners will have 30 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize. If a prize remains unclaimed after 30 days, a second draw will be conducted from the same pool of eligible ticket numbers.

11) By purchasing a ticket, purchasers consent to the publication of their name and winning ticket number if selected as a prize winner.

Westjet Gift of a Flight 

One roundtrip flight for two guests to any regularly scheduled and marketed WestJet destination!*   (*No cash value, fees, taxes, surcharges not included, blackout dates and restrictions apply). 

11) This voucher is valid for one (1) roundtrip flight for two (2) guests to any regularly scheduled and marketed WestJet destination. Gift of flight vouchers are not valid for redemption on WestJet Vacations' or Sunwing Vacations' packages, flights operated by codeshare partners, charters, or any interline flights. 

12) This voucher is limited and subject to promotional space availability of eligible fare options and flight schedule. Not all flights have promotional space.

13) Fees, taxes, and surcharges are the responsibility of guests traveling and must be paid for at the time of booking with a valid credit card. Vouchers do not include optional fees such as checked baggage or cabin upgrades. 

14) This voucher cannot be used on some dates, including statutory holidays and peak travel dates. 

15) Flights must be roundtrip to and from the same locations. Flights must depart from city A to city B and return from city B to city A. All guests must travel together on the same itinerary, dates, and flights. 

16) All bookings and travel must be completed by Tuesday, June 1, 2027. 

17) Gift of flight vouchers cannot be extended. Additionally, changes to travel dates or guest names are not permitted once a booking has been confirmed.  

18) Bookings made with a gift of flight voucher are not eligible for paid cabin upgrades except where the option to pay for an upgrade is available when checking in for the flight 24 hours prior to departure.  

19) This voucher will become null and void if travel is cancelled once a booking is confirmed.

20) The individual booking the flights must be over the age of majority in their province.

21) This voucher must be taken as offered and is not redeemable for cash. 

22) Gift of flight vouchers cannot be sold. In the event that it has been sold, the voucher will become void, and any flight bookings made with it will be cancelled immediately without notice or reimbursement. WestJet does not handle the payment, guarantee transactions, or buyer protection or seller certification, nor will WestJet be liable for the loss of funds resulting from a fraudulent transaction. 

23) Guests travelling on a WestJet gift of flight voucher are not entitled to compensation amounts provided under passenger rights regimes. By redeeming the gift of flight voucher, all guests travelling agree to release, and waive all claims against, WestJet relating to any and all liability, damage, or compensation entitlement arising under Canada's Air Passenger Protection Regulations. 

24) WestJet is not responsible for lost or mishandled vouchers. Once a voucher has been delivered to you, you are directly responsible for it.

Everwild Canmore Nordic Spa + Hotel Gift Certificate

25) The prize consists of a flexible $800 gift certificate to Everwild Canmore Nordic Spa + Hotel. The gift certificate is unrestricted and may be applied toward any eligible Everwild experience, including spa treatments, food and beverages, or accommodations.

26) Any taxes, fees, gratuities, or additional costs exceeding the $800 value of the gift certificate are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

27) Blackout dates do not apply; however, redemption is subject to business availability at the time of booking.

28) Everwild, Basecamp Resorts and the Airdrie Kin Club are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled gift certificates. The gift certificate should be treated as cash. Once delivered to the prize winner, the prize winner assumes full responsibility for its safekeeping and use.
